So in my reading of Mindset by Carol Dweck, there are a number of lessions that I've taken from this already. It held a mirror to myself and in some suituations I didn't like the reflection.
What I took away from this was, a midset of hurt, rejection, fear and revenge is a fixed mindset. Even as I write this, I feel uncomfortable putting this out into the world.
I have my own errors to forgive and I have to find the space to forgive as well. There are some sutiuations that I still to this day feel agreeved by, and while I know it's not healthy for me or constructive, I have ill feelings in my mind when I think about it, and letting it go is hard. I'm butchering the saying, but I once heard, if you cant forgive, you can forigve the person, but not the experience - Maya Angelo said it best, People may forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
I don't know the answers, but I'm committed to seeking more knowlege on this.
