In the process of researching and completing my first paper for my studies, I got the opportunity to really dive into some rabbit holes.

As I was reading more about AI and then naturally came across the cases for Business implementation for AI - The respouding number 1 reason that I saw alot of was - Cost reduction.

I agree that it's going to be a fantastic tool for that, however if the INTENT of the introduction is cost reduction - Is that a recepie for failure?. Should the equation be AI + Increase Employee Experience + Better customer experience = Cost efficiency?

This was the topic of my first video - It's raw, its rough, and not here to win any academy awards - It's unedited.

If anything to come from this topic - I just welcome discussion and various points of view.
